Do this in the following order, as any other order will invalidate the '500 points' coupon:
1. Place an order for a purchase of £50 or more on 12 bottles of wine and / or Champagne (I did 6 wine, 6 cava).
2. Wait one hour for the order to be processed. Call tesco wine club on 08456 77 55 77, ask if you can add a coupon to your order.
3. Give the following code: XXR364 (this gives anyone 500 clubcard points worth £20 in partner rewards on your first tesco wine order). The Tesco rep will add 500 points to your clubcard WITHOUT using the code, as they can only add points maually.
4. Hang up. Call straight back, ask "can I add a voucher code to my order?" (don't say "again"
They will say yes, as the original code has not been recorded. You have just had 500 points added to your card.5. Give them code: XXH7F6 (this gives you £10 off your first tesco wine order).
6. Say thank you.
7. Hang up.
I got 12 bottles of wine & cava for £54.98 (they were at half price too!), I was given 500 clubcard points and £10 was then refunded into my account. Tried and tested.
